At the start of the game they were showing all the kids meeting David Wright and it made me remember my brush with Mets superstar, Mister Darryl Strawberry...
That's Tyler & I in fanboy heaven. We had to refer to Tyler as "Darryl Strawberry" immediately following the meeting or he would not respond. But I still can't find that enormous glove he signed for me. Hey parents... why did I have such a gigantic baseball mitt? And who are the freaky blonde drones behind us?
