After witnessing two of the most painful innings of baseball, in two separate games, I'm in need of a break. Mets pulled into Cincinnati this afternoon, no doubt feeling a little brow-beaten and with Philly playing St. Louis, the best team in the game right now, they're hoping they can make up that half game behind and regain first place. I can't believe I have more faith in Oliver Perez right now that Santana & Pelfrey. You boys got some work to do.But I guess it could be worse. I could be a Red Sox fan.
