We got an early start today, and thank goodness, because by noon the town was buzzing. We were on our way back by the time everyone else was getting started. But not before we hit up every store between here and Tannersville. Walmart, Target, Party City, Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart again, Old Engine, Pocono Bazaar & Regina Farms. And we are pooped.
See.
We had a couple things to pick up for Thanksgiving. We are hosting this year and are taking a few precautions so that it doesn't end up like our solo attempt last year, à la turkey in the trash. We would have some rioting guests. No luxuries. Just fundamentals.
The highlight of the day was as expected, meandering thru the Pocono Bazaar, where we found a barrel of honey crisp apples for $5, 20 servings of saffrom for $10, and the buy of the day, a two person hanging basket swing for $20!
The only issue was getting it in the car, but Laura will learn not to doubt me.
Yuula loves the market. It's her second trip.
And why not. You never know what you're gonna see there. Here's a dog in a glass case.
And some pretty flowers.
Song of today....
