what the hell is going on with your hands...can't you wear gloves at work...try it at least... my hands crack and it is painful...get some cortisone cream and put some on your hands at night and wear light weight gloves...I put it on the cuts and put bandaids on them and over night they are better...looks like you might need to do it a couple of nights ...and then wear gloves at work...new baby is not going to like rough hands....mom
