When they finally woke, Vic and Aesop hit it off right away. They bonded over hairstyle.

Yuula loves her Aunt Dani and did not hesitate to hit her up on a nice tight braid, a la Elsa.

We went for a nice walk, or run, taking the long way around, catching some wildlife sightings and admiring the early spring weather.

Quick And Silly

We had a surprise visit from Eric last night as well. He was in town for some official DCA work and graced us with an evenings' worth of giggles and goodness.

Visitors Beware

Yuula can really run 'em ragged. She is dripping every last ounce of energy from Grandma, I think they may be looking forward to the rest they're gonna get on that 15 hour drive tomorrow. Dave and Kevin are on their way back from Maine, with a show dog named Mugsy. That is true. I have no idea what is going on. But Yuula is not going to bed, and with how hard she's been going this week I think I'll have til at least 9am tomorrow morning to get a little peace and quiet. But then again, I know better than that don't I?

Grandpa and Kevin are in town for the rest of the week and Yuula wasted no time in abusing their kindness. She is going to be a selfish dance partner when she grows up. But at least she gave the gearheads a little much needed softening up after their travels thru the steel belt. She been in bed for ten minutes and they're already back at it. No rest for the bleary.

Who Eats Black Raspberry?

Monday's are always such a flash. Today was tired baby day. My parents came out this weekend and wore her little ass down. That's fine tho. Whenever my parents come out it gives us an excuse to break out of the grapefruit and yogurt cycle.

Plus my father's itchy hammer hand couldn't resist pushing us to finally put up the shelves and decor in Yuula's room. It looks good tho. hanks G-pa.

Laura & The Wigmakers

Christian and Katrina are in town visiting after their hairdressers union meeting in NYC this weekend. The girls are antique store hopping buying up every vintage hat and little girl spring dress they can find. I got good music in my head so I'm good. Looking forward to dinner tonight.
