Just got my first taste of the ugly side of the business today on a sales meeting in southern Pa. I came along,just for the education, and dude denied having us on his schedule. Dave checked email and confirmed the email exchange. Kinda bummer. But they rescheduled for tomorrow. Hope we don't interrupt his lunch at the bar again.
