Meet Your Brother, Sister

So, still on Friday, we brought Yuula in to meet her new brother. I think we saw a surge of emotions, from nervous to shock to disgust to confusion to horror to boredom and ultimately, acceptance and adoration. In other words, she was kinda freaked out at first, but 9 hour old babies can be pretty messed up looking. I don't think she expected that bruised dome or the intense red tone of the rest of his flesh.

She wanted to hold him almost right away, but that was a little anti-climatic

then we eased her in with gentle touches and nudges

She was excited when he grabbed her finger

I think they stayed this way for about an hour
