Keeping Her Happy

We've semi-neglected Yuula in all the home renovations, it's no place for a sticky-fingered grabby-hands to be hanging out, but we've managed to give her a few good times in between.

Sarah's birthday party was on Sunday, so that's a nice break from wood and metal and blood and tears. That's right folks, they're turning three this year.

 She had some surprise visitors keep her up til midnight playing soccer and dancing the evening to death.

And of course we've been making sure the evening play sessions reach their maximum intensity no matter how sore our backs may be.

Annual Spook Shoot

 It is now official tradition to gather at Dansbury Park and take photos of the kids in Halloween garb. We oblige. 

Yuula's costume came with whiskers

 And after a long weekend of playing with the boys all she wanted to do was muster up a game of baby tackle football

Breaking Playplace

Apparently the tradition after the Big Wheel is the Big Arches, and to hunker down until you overstayed your welcome.

We set the girls loose on the playplace and since we had nothing to lose, Laura and I got in there with them.

Laura even went down the slide and that's three stories up.

The girls had fun and I got to try some chicken bites. Not too good.

Hide Your Cupcakes!

Yuula and Laura went to little Sarah's 2nd birthday party last night. I think "Two Year Old Tea Party" was the theme, and Yuula was dressed for the occasion.

All I got out of the report as that Yuula ate four cupcakes.

I was surprised it was only four.

I think the sugar high is still wearing off.
