I ♥ Two New Knees

For V-day this year we went down to celebrate my mother getting a new knee in both of her legs. That's two knees. Tow New Knees, which is also the name of the new supergroup from Canada.

On the way there Laura saw this picture above a toilet in a gas station. I think it says it all.

Aesop mostly sat on peoples laps all day long. It's how he expresses his love.

And then there was Yuula...

For A Foggy (Semi)Family Foto

(from September 6th)

Lavallette Day 2014. We never miss it!. Except for always. I think we've been once. And halfway thru it turned into Seaside Day. For us at least. We're less easily mobile now. Anchor babies.

There goes one now!

Plus even if we wanted to, they're incarcerated.

We did get free to the water tho

Days At The Grands

(from August 14th/15th)

We gave Yuula away to my parents for a couple of days.

We did not miss her. Not one tiny bit.

They took her to Sesame Place with Uncle Tyler and Dylan.

And the beach for a little ragtime goodness.

We missed her terribly.

On The Beach / On The Board

Dani & Vic rented a place in Lavalette in July. The family crashed it. Every visit to the beach consists of beach time and board time. This would be no exception.

Beach Time

Board Time

Camping fools. We used to come here a lot when I was a kid. I didn't recall, until we pulled up.

Surprise Dani!

Estlers took over the pool

I took over the hot tub

This was the beginning of what became a no holds barred, all bets off, no rules observed round of mini golf

Grandparents are weird

Then s'mores

Yuula didn't know how to make it work

So we stuck marshmallows all over her face instead

The last morning was quiet

We took the waterbaby down to the pool
