Lending Hands Accordingly

Yesterday was my second favorite day of the year, after Christmas. It will be known as "Unloading Of The Spring/Summer Furniture and Decorative Elements for the Gardens and Yard" day. Long, but it paints the picture. the yard took on a bit of a transformation, and Laura got busy planting more vegetables as I dove in head first to the island garden along the left side of the house. The Krupps are up so they lended hands accordingly.

Yuula got involved with the watering efforts and we had a nice dinner of burgers and "weird" hot dogs. Topped it off with Maryann's just 10 minutes before they closed for the night. Let's do it again.

The Swingers Strike Back

The Krupp boys are back in town. Seems like only yesterday they were swinging Yuula around by her toes to bad hip hop songs. She doesn't forget these things.

Bi-Annual Family Photo Fiasco

Figuring out which color scheme was assigned was the least of the trouble. Somehow this experience always incites, degrades and ultimately exhausts us all. Maybe that's why we only do it ever couple of years. It may be longer this time.

On our way since 6 this morning. Gonna spend the day with some gearheads. Dave and Kevin have kept the ride exciting. Long day of metalspeak. I wonder what we'll have for lunch. I hope I get to wear goggles.

The Baby And The Box

I spent my first span of time away from Yuula this last week. I left my old job so I wouldn't have to travel, but this was more of a learning expedition. I don't think it will become the norm. I don't think.

Week With A Swamp Walker

I am officially home after my first install with barely the energy to reflect on the experience. I think I learned something. The entire week was spent working with the wild king of ideological metaphor. I may have learned many things and just haven't realized it yet. I discovered that Bedford PA is the last town in the USofA with no Dunkin Donuts, I unraveled the complexities of an air makeup unit and I found that grey caulking without silicone is the darndest thing.

We have lots of photos of Yuula playing with the Grandparents Krupp from this week that I'll try and pop up tomorrow since the only thing on my schedule is sleep, Mets game and maybe some rock thievery.
