Holiday Duotone
Threw a little filter on for the day of love. Was an interesting little twist on the normal photos of Yuula wincing at the flash and the food I think is gourmet.

Clearing The Tables
Getting company tonight. Wrapping up any loose ends and stray photos that got by the last couple days. Nothing news-worthy or even new-sworthy. Just blagh. We're gonna join a new CSA. That's exciting. Check it out. Got on the waiting list and made the cut. Now we're on the waiting list for a workshare. 4 hours a week, I can do that. Should be healthful. If you come up this summer I hope you like amaranth, or I hope you can tell us what to do with amaranth.
So here's what I got from the past couple days.

What Else But Freakouts
Eric and Fatih arrived late last night and since we had a good ol' laugh til 2am hearing stories of police brutality and whatnot, everyone slept in this morning and is full of energy. And of course we played with Eric's latest gizmo...

It really brought Yuula out of her shell and now she's on act three of an eight act ballet dance to channel 800, the electronic disco pops.

Might As Well Make Memories
As of late, Yuula has decided that bedtime is partytime and most of the time we can't help but laugh at her incoherent babbling and restless body syndrome. She's invented sleep-yelping, sleep-eating and sleep-kickboxing. A couple times we thought we may need an old priest and a young priest. The power of Caillou compels you.
We decided that rather than toss & turn along with the child we'd use the opportunity to explore the constraints of our vignettes. In short, we got psychedelic. I titled them.

There Was A Camp
The day after Yuula was born I had to teach. I was there, but it was weird. There reality of having a new baby hadn't sunk in and kinda didn't until Thursday, at which point I became manically depressed and spent the last block of camp playing baseball with a rifle, watching Mark Willis do Single Ladies and taking a nap. Good camp. Crap drill. I'll fix it. Photos.
