How 'Bout Them Mets

After a shaky weekend series with the Phillies and barely holding onto first, the Mets seemed determined to not allow the Nationals to do what they did to them last year. The Nats are so out of it so they're playing like the have nothing to lose, and that's dangerous. But the Mets seemed ready this time around having Church, Beltran and Delgado go deep in the game, Delgado twice, and constantly coming back to regain leads Washington took from them. I was enthralled just listening on the radio. One more game against them tonight, then the Braves over the weekend, then back to Washington for 4 games where hopefully the Mets can take a big step.
