It's on. Laura's on her way home. Bags are 90% packed. Baby is fed and bathed. So is the van. Now is the time for a much needed little getaway. No rocks. No flowers. No dirt. No work. The past three or four days have been supremely dramatic. When we scheduled this getaway 6 months ago, we couldn't have had better foresight. So westward ho. And ho and ho.
